Netlooks' mission is to imagine, create and develop new products and services in the field of optical eyewear. In particular, we offer our customers personalised eyewear handcrafted in our Manufacture, enabling them to :

INNOVATIVE CONCEPT
CUSTOMER ISSUES
Despite a large stock of frames in retail outlets, they are often poorly adapted to the wearer: they ‘slide down the nose’, ‘mark the nose’, ‘are too heavy’, ‘dig into the temples’, ‘too big, too small’, etc.
Poorly fitting frames can lead to visual problems: ‘off-centre lenses: blurred vision, reduced field of vision, postural prisms, etc.’, ‘visual problems: altered distances, headaches’, which can even lead to the wearer becoming maladjusted.
CLIENT THE END OF THE DEFAULT CHOICE
The average shop stocks 1,000 frames (500 for men and 500 for women). Contrary to all expectations, this offer is not sufficient to meet the customer's needs.
Let's take the example of a wearer whose choice is based on shape and colour:
- if the collection is based on 10 shapes, their choice will be limited to 50 frames
- With a panel of 10 colours, the choice will be limited to 5 standard size frames.
By taking these two criteria into account alone, the wearer's choice fell from 500 to 5 frames.
The introduction of an additional criterion linked to the size of the frame leads to a default choice for the wearer.
NETLOOKS CONCEPT
The customer is at the heart of the system. Netlooks responds to their expectations and offers them the opportunity to co-create their frames, guided by the optician. Together they imagine the shapes and colours, as well as the text to be engraved inside the temples, at the same time as they virtually create the frame in 3 dimensions in the Netlooks Studio software.
The optician adapts the creation to the morphological measurements of the face for maximum comfort. The customer tries on their creation virtually in real time.
Netlooks then manufactures the unique piece imagined by the customer in its own factory.
